The pull arm is the part that moves up and down on the caliper, when you yank
the brake cable and tightens the brake. Left side pull arm, means the pull arm
is located on the left side of the brake caliper, when the caliper is installed
on the bike. it doesn't have any thing to do with which side brake unit is install
