• If you are buying 1 to 3 item of one item... use the shopping cart on the website. You can also send me an email at sales@replacementscooterparts.com with your  list of parts along with your street address. I will then e-mail you the total cost and you can send me a money order or pay by credit card. 

• If you are buying 4 or more items, I might be able to combine shipping cost and save you some money. So just e-mail your list of 4 or more items, along with your street address.  Then I'll add up the total cost for you.

• If you don't know what the gas motor part is called, click Gas motor layout., then give me the part number.

• Payment Accepted   We accept Money orders or Credit Cards.

• The shipping rates quoted on our web site apply to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. only.

• For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other provinces of the U.S. please contact us with your zip code for a custom shipping rate quote or place your order online and we will email you a payment request for the additional shipping amount.

• We no longer take international orders - just USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada (depends on items ordered).

• We generally use US Postal service's priority mail, for items under 4 pounds, if I only charge you $2 shipping, then it's First Class Mail.

• Items that weight 4+ pounds, we generally use UPS Ground, Airborne Ground or DHL Ground Service  for all standard orders.

• Business Addresses shipping to Business addresses is cheaper than residential address, so If you want me to ship to your store or workplace, let me know.

• Most orders are shipped within 4 business days.

• California resident have to pay a 9.75% tax

• Signature Confirmation for Priority mail Packages (within USA)  $1.30  Fee

14 Day Warranty on most items: No warranty on the following item; Pull starter, Inner Tube, Carburetor, Starter Claw (Pawl), Throttles, Motors, Control Module.  All our scooter parts are new. 

Return and exchange policy: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order on any unused items in re-sellable condition.

Sales tax policy: All orders shipped to California must pay 9.75% state sales tax.
